New Diet Please help.
1745 - lipo6 x
1830- 2 chicken breast on whole wheat w/lettuce and pickle and some rice
2130 - 40g whey
2300 - lipo6 x
2330 - 2 chicken breast, about 10 egg whites and some rice
0300 - 2 chicken breast
0500 - 40g whey
0645 - WO
0800 - 2 bananas and syntha 6 shake
0830 - bed

retract what i stated lean mass as in progressive muscle gain....post your stats then we can help you

I want to gain a little more muscle and lean out a lil bit about 6ft 190lbs
