Is this idea good for the "leanest" bulking diet?
of course eat good healthy whole grain carbs with lots of protein so that you can bulk
i know, 1 lb = 3500 carloies
if you can at least eat 500+ calories more ED, then you are bound to gain good healthy lean weight
but now how about this!! keep up the insane amount of eating and working out as anyone would do in a bulking diet, but can i also take a weight loss pill?
what do you think? if for example lipo6x helps you lose bf (which it did for me, 42lbs!) and i was eating a very strict diet low in carbs and alot of cardio, of course i lost alot of BF and some muscle too, but if i take the lipo with my new bulking diet, wont you guys agree that it will help me gain "extra leaner" muscle? seeing as how my foods will be very low in fat, all natural good healthy protein and carbs, by takin the lipo6x, wont it help eliminate the little amount of bad fat i may take?
what are your thoughts on this guys? think this would be a good idea? i know when bulking, your bound to gain a little bit of fat in the process, but jus imagine if you can stop that "little" bit of fat gain by takin a weight loss pill as well! wouldnt you be gaining PURE muscle since the "little" bit of fat is being eliminated by the weight loss pill?
if you guys can help me out on this, i would greatly appreciate it! i plan on doing another cycle of the lipo starting jan. 1, but id hate to cancel myself out in bulking if the lipo will make me lose both fat/muscle at the same time, thus making it a stalemate in my bulking diet

Honestly, It will curb you appetite and you may not consume enough calories.
Just use the basics thats what im doing in my bulking phase.
WIll be posting a log.
For instance read up on l-carnitine.

i know it will curb my appetite, BIG time!! when i was on it, i was never EVER hungry
but thats why i was suggesting it, ill still eat every 3 hours, and it will be a good amount needed for a bulking diet, but i thought with the help of the pill, it will help keep the little fat ill obtain off, dont you agree?

i take 14g of arginine every day
6g of carnitine
1.5g of beta ecdysterone
2 multivitamins
1 dose of zma
all this from the muscle and fitness "How to Bulk" article, 2 months ago issue, I LOVE IT !!!
gained 13lbs so far to this day (weighed myself last night)

So you been bulking?
Are you taking any creatine, any glutamine?
I just picked up some creatine for my bulking cycle in a week or 2, once I hit 168 or 166, i will bulk from there.

whats the purpose of that pre load creatine? when would you take it? pre or post?
or is that why is pre load? for pre workout :-P

Its basically just creatine Monohydrate with some some sugar to help the uptake and some basic aminos
Other than that Its just creatine monohydrate
I just prefer monohydrate comapred to the esters and etherl

im very clean (pretty boy) and id LIKE to think my diet is very healthy and clean too. and my skin isnt oily
most of the time the reason why im gettin a pimple is because of an ingrown hair they hurt to pop, usually i have to mess with it for a good couple of days before its ready to actually pop
could it be maybe the excess protein? i know someone explained to me it could be a supplement, maybe fish oils, or cla tablets, i dunno

I had a shit load of pimples, now I dont get them often
Excess protein? I used to take in say 350 g a day, Didnt see any pimples.

im 23, but like i said i dont know...
ive never had pimples before, and now my back has a shitload of them and a bunch of hairs everywhere too, all random, its not like a patch of hair, its like single hair follicles here and there all over the place :-/

Although the random hairs are a mystery to me, I tend to get a little extra acne when I up my fish oil intake, bro.
Everyone responds differently to diets...for some reason it seems I get extra pimples when bulking.
