beginnerr need help PLEASE
I am 18 years old 5' 7" and i weigh 210 lbs. I am an active person. I play sports such as football basketball baseball etc. I am very athletic and all my weight is not just fat but a bulk of it is i weighed 180 about 9 months ago and then i got a gf and i guess i just lost control of myself but now i want to make a change but i am not sure what workouts i should do and what kind of diet i should have. If you could help me out with this i would really appreciate it. I also may start to take clen . I am looking to lose weight and be cut i also want to have great abs. I am going to be waking up at 5 am every day to run is that a good thing to do?

im a beginner so im not sure how many meals and what kind of meals i should have throughout the day

Look in the sticky's in the diet section. THey should help. Five to six small meals would be best. With 1.25 - 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. Try eating complex carbs instead of processed foods, etc.
