Change of diet, terrible gas
I can't figure out what it is for the life of me, I finished my cutting efforts last month and am now going to try to eat healthy not totally clean (I try to go low fat lown carb) mostly because I was loosing WAY too much weight for someone my frame, anyhow. Now that I'm eating a lot more, seems like everytime I move another one comes out.... this is making going to the gym rough to say the least :-p But, if anyone has any idea what could be causing it or could fix it that would be great

Try taking Beano with your high protein/fiber meals. I have the same problem and it works for me.

I find pro/fat meals give me farts that are fun for me and misery for all other lifeforms.
Adding small amounts of carbs to each meals stopped it...

What kind of meats are you eating. I had this problem (severe bloating and gas) as did some of my BB pals. We found that if we cut the chicken from our diets then the problem subsided. I then tried several brands of chicken breast and found that the fresh breasts from the upmarket butchers gave me no gas. All the supermarket brands gave me severe problems. The butcher told me this was due to the fact that most chicken breast is plumped up with water/salt/dextrose/lactose and these added unlabeled nasties cause stomach probelms. I am lactose intolerant so i found it particuarly troublesome...

Both would make perfect sense, I was using just generic gnc (I know I know) whey but I now switched to the Isopure stuff for the low sugar and calories. Money is tight atm, so I've been shopping save-a-lot and their chicken is like bottom of the barrel I would assume. Lots of chicken, boneless breasts and steaks, (cheap cuts)
