I am super newb at nutrition and googled, "how to gain weight" and came across this calculator. It tells me how many calories I need to gain weight, maintain and lose. Also adds all of that with 60 minutes of excersise each week.

I don't know how accurate this is. But it made me feel a lot more confident that I can gain.
