    Alternative to eggs?

I am somebody who just straight up does not like eggs. Can anyone think of another food that I can stack up on that has nearly the same macros? I would like my breakfast to consist of Pro/Carbs.

get egg beater egg whites, they're more watery, than normal egg whites.. they're more expensive than eggs, they have little to no taste and mix well with just about any drink. try it out.

Eggs are just typical breakfast food. If you dont' like them, you could substitute them with any lean protein source (chicken, lean beef, turkey, etc).

Maybe cahnge how you cook them. When I tried introducing egg as a source of protein, concentrating on the white, it was their bland taste that made them difficult to eat/ I was frying them or using them for an oatmeal omlette with was invariably dry. then I tried poaching them Voila, much better.

    Now ahd lots of options
    -salt and pepper
    - tobasco auce
    - jalapeno peppers
    - paprika

mmm things were no longer so difficult. No more naseaua etc.

No one really LIKES tuna and eggs, but both are easy, effective sources of lean protein. Just gotta man up and deal with it. Otherwise get ready to do a whole lot of cooking chicken and turkey. Try some Miracle Whip light, no sugar added relish, and celery in your tuna, put some reduced sugar ketchup on the eggs....just gotta experiment and do your best.

    i like tuna.

and you don't have to eat eggs. eat chicken or steak for breakfast.

you mentioned that you like eggs and taters, if you cook up some whites, add some fat free cheese and throw in some potatoes you have boiled and diced that's pretty damn good. hot sauce or a little salt and pepper bring it home too.

Man I used to not be a fan of tuna cause of the texture and whole meat in a can thing. But now I love it. BEST TUNA RECIPE: GET THE CHUNK LIGHT IN WATER OR CHUNK LIGHT HERB AND GARLIC BLEND (STARKIST POUCHES DOESNT HAVE METAL CAN TASTE) MIX WITH AN ITALIAN SALAD BLEND ADD OLIVE OIL, RED WINE VINEGAR, ROMA TOMATOES, RED ONIONS, OREGANO, PEPPER, A PINCH OF SALT AND VOILA A HEALTHY TASTY DISH.
