    oz's of foods = grams of protein?

    what does 8oz's of chicken break down to as far as grams of protein?
    same for steak?...also i make 96% lean or something close to that burgers...8oz...whats that break down to for grams of protein...i know there is a website that has the conversions....i was curious if any1 had the site...or the knowledge off hand???

    beef - 6 to 7 g depending on leanness
