    shakes for bulk?

    I am 185 pounds now and i would like to gain another 10 in the next month my diet Probably isnt very healthy but i get the calories protien and carbs i need also take vitamin supplements. I am on wk 8 of supertest and eq 600 mg's each wk. Right now i probably get 4500-6000calories a day but alot is fast food (maybe a subway) and Weight gain shakes. i usually get 7-8 meals with about 4 shakes a day. Not big on fruits or vegtables either. will shakes cut it?

    Yeah you need to clean out the diet eat nutritious, wholesome meals and keep shakes to a minimum. Its a question of quality 10lbs of muscle versus 10 lbs.

    should have set up a diet and training regiment before using the sauce. not a good move on your part. in any case, if calories are what you want eat more chicken, tuna and oats.
