quick macro judgement
the pass 3 days i have been recording all my macros religiously for weight gain. i fell to 170lbs at 6'2 trying to hit 190+
first three days:
Protein Carbs Fats Calories
268.00 291.00 68.00 2848.00
358.75 288.50 57.00 3102.00
372.50 347.00 83.00 3625.00
Looks like im headed in the right direction. how are those numbers looking? im a little afraid my fat is too low?
day three was as following
4 whole eggs
4 egg whits
whole wheat toast
beef/bean stew i made myself
egg/oat/whey shake before gym same thing after
chicken breast with a little whole wheat pasta
more beef stew which has great macros.
sorry i didnt go too indepth its late just wanted a quick check of my ratio not so much what im eating.

You should be taking approx
CALS 3000
PRO 300
CARBS 300
FAT 70
So you are in the right direction, just minor tweaking.
