Body Fat Testing Results.

Has anyone done actual water BF test or the bod pod device and found out that their BF% was way, way higher than they thought?

What BF do you think that I have buy looking at my avatar?

Bod pod is a joke and is one of the most unreliable methods. Hydrostatic wei***ng is the gold standard but it has to be administered by and experienced examiner or it can be off as well.

round 10% maybe a lil lower. i had a hydrostatic test done 2 years ago and it was what i thought it should be.

My BF% in bod pod came up 20.3% So does my $15 scale at home.

I have no freaking idea what to think.

well know this 20.3 % is fat obvioulsy, if you are fat you dont see abs. Abs come out at around 11%, you are at least 10% probably lower
