    diet brought on aggression!

    well iv been on a buliking diet for 1 week now and im getting some serious aggression i havent been taking any supplumets at all in the last 3 months does anyone know whats up

    im always on edge when im dieting, its stressful business! mellow out by making sure all other aspects of your life are in order!

    i guess its all the work that i havie to put in to dieting righting down everything i eat and adding up all the numbers and figuring out how many servings i had and then getting pissed off when i realize i was supposed to eat an hour ago maybe i should just start pre making all my meals for each day that way its less stress and all the math is alerady done

    Yeah, when I have to start eating crap i dont like, I get pissed.

    Combine that with my roid rage and MuscleTech

    I beat my wife and kids

    haha jk

    but really, its all in yr head. or at least i never heard of a chicken breast pissing people off before

    iv been adding mushed bannas it helps a little and yeah i thought about the cinnamon but i always forget to get it but thanks man
