HELP with glutamine and cut diet.
I remember reading on here SOMEWHERE that taking glutamine pre workout is bad because it fights what some other chemical in your body or something like that.
So, when on a cutting diet, is it best to take glutamine AFTER your cardio/workout?

IMO you don't need to be spending money on a glutamine supplement. there are glutamine peptides in whey, so just have whey and skim milk after you workout.
