skin fat? stop his ass right there. ask him what skin fat is and then laugh in his face. fat is fat and it is scattered throughout your body subcutaneously. dairy is awesome in my opinion. it goes straight to your muscle fat as far as we're concerned here. slow digesting protein, with some whey included for a quick fix. the sugars are very low GI with the exception of a slight amount of dextrose that can definitely aid in protein synthesis and muscle repair. whey and casein PWO has been shown to have a greater effect on muscle repair, that is greater than whey or casein alone. use it as you please. dairy is absolutely a staple in my diets, both cutting and bulking.

ok the majority of the population has a slight allergy to dairy. the allergy makes you bloat a little, and this can easily be seen in the abdomen. if you are cutting sodium and water because you are going to be on stage, then yeah no dairy. but for someone seeking its nutritional value, drink/eat up.
