    Green Tea

Is there any downside to fixing say a gallon of it, then putting it in the fridge to drink it over time?

One of my friends said you need to drink it right away when its hot because when you put it in the fridge, it starts to loose its antioxidant power. or something along those lines.

Is this true? Am I gonna just have to make cup by cup day by day? Or can I make alot at once and spread it over time.

i'm not sure what this guy is talkin about but me personally i love green tea. it cleans me out perfect. see i have a problem with honey buns and when i just get done eating a box or two i feel huge and fat. i drink green tea and it cleans me out. i've been doin this for years so from my experience i think that it doesn't work as well when it cold. so i would make it cup by cup and hot as hell.

I have been using some green tea from a company called Tea Tech that you can mix readidly with cold or warm water. I prefer cold water and this stuff uses splenda to sweeten it and it tastes pretty good. It says it has like 8 times the number of antioxidants as regular green tea and has 100 EGCG per package.

So it would be okay to make like 5 days worth, put lemon and lime juice in it, and put it in fridge?

i thought i was the only person that loved green tea. it took my about two years of drinking it on and off to really enjoy it. it makes me feel so good, almost like a high. i drink it plain no sweetener, usually 3-5 tea bags per cup

Coffee is not very good for you. I personally stay away from all types of Caffeine. I know some guys say it helps with energy and with cutting, but there are far, far better ways of doing that then by whipping your adrenals by taking Caffeine.
