incorporating plyometrics into my workouts may have been the best decision i have made in regards to my physique.

I read in a magazine lifting heavy is best. As far as cardio, do something like jumproping or HIIT.

it doesnt matter what exercises your doing its how many callories your burning when doing them! usually if im just focused on cutting then ill go hard 5 days a weeks 30-45 mins a day. but its gonna come down to your diet in the end bro!

well put, frankly moderate jogging and riding a bike other than a cool down at the end of my work out never amounted to anything for me. I used to do 45 mins a day of intense bike riding. Doing stict plyometrics and circuit training with alot of jumping built gobs of mucle for my legs and core and shed 3 times the amount of weight than jogging for 45 mins or the same on a stationary bike. I used to play football so my trainer had a ton of info on excercises to do. typically 30 seconds on( as fast as you can go) 30 seconds off for 10 minutes, do 3 or 4 stations a day, 5 days a week and you'll see results

And yes this is a work out question, not diet.
