Smoothie !!
Hi all. I'm just starting back to lift this March and will introduce smooties to my diet, which I never done before.
The purpose of this post is to share list of all your favorite smoothies. (for bulking especially) you may share cutting-diet kind smooties but please mention it.
The only and first smoothie I've known so far is called the
Green Smoothie
-Spinach
-40g Whey protein (On Whey or else)
-Frosted Fruits (blueberry or rapsberry)
Share yours,
Let us know what you think about Smoothies in general.Last edited by SayHelotomylilFriend; 03-19-2008 at 02:02 PM.

I have a question though. Isnt that bad with the fat from the peanut butter and the carbs from the oats and banana? I thought you shouldnt mix fat and carbs in the same meal right?

LOL, nothing wrong with your smoothie IMO. It's just that when spinach hits my digestive system, it sometimes causes my own version of a "smoothie". That's why I said my septic tank would be the one doing the bulking. Just a little Southern humor.
On a side note, it's only cooked spinach that does this to me. Raw spinach has never torn up my stomach (I ALWAYS wash it really well).
