    Food Question

    Alright here's my question. I cook food for the week (Chicken, Steak, etc.) on Sunday and Wednesday then just heat it up when it's time to eat. How long is food good for once it is cooked and refrigerated? Is the chicken still good 5 days later after being refrigerated or should I get rid of the left over food from Sunday when I cook again on Wednesday?

    judge it by smell. it will smell fruity when its no good. but yeah, you should be ok. just eat meat in its place when you're done with it. that's what i do. when i run out of chicken its time for tuna.
