    Red face T3/clen Help

Im starting a T3/Clen cycle for fat burn so I need a good diet. Im 34 5'5" and 144lbs. I have never done any steroids . I go to the gym on a regular and do cardio on the treadmill. I need a good diet to follow while taking these pills.

You might wanna read the hundreds of posted diet examples because your question probably won't be answered here.... Most ppl get frustrated when others dont go through threads before they ask a question thats been answered...If you can't find your answer, I'd ask perfectbeast for some help, he's very knowledgable on diets and willing to help. Good luck

From what I have experienced, the clen /T3 is catabolic and you can't change that. It won't "eat fat" ever. You can minimize the effect by eating a proper diet and cardio/strength training.

You are encouraged to do the calculations and diet building yourself because you will have to do this often. Your requirements change with weight loss, goals, age, etc. The old proverb of give someone a fish, they eat for a day, teach them to fish, they eat for a lifetime. Don't throw money into it to avoid doing the work, that's usually not a good indicator...

    Hope this helps!

ok, you know nothing about either substance and you are going to use them together? illadvised. why do people think its ok to introduce a substance into their body, of which they have no knowledge of? T3 does not differentiate between muscle or fat so it is the potential to be highly catabolic to lean tissue and not fat. clen has had some positive and some negative reviews in studies. both do work yes, but you need to know A LOT about what you are introducing into your body before you do it.

which leads me to the accurate assumption that you have no idea how much a well planned out diet can change your physique. a weel planned out diet can bring you into SINGLE DIGIT BODY FAT before even introducing cardio. and it's not bullshit because i know i've done it, nark's done it and others have done it.

hold off on the exogeneous substances until you construct a diet and post it up. then give yourself a few weeks to let the diet show you how powerful clean food can be. then after months if not a whole year of dedicated eating and training, along with the research you need to do on substances, THEN you can maybe consider adding different compounds
