    Arrow Skimmed yogurt, OK?

    is it ok to eat skimmed yogurt when doing a cutting cycle? what is a good alternative to oatmeal?

    No, yogurt carbs are sugar but not the worst kind. Most cutting diets don't need that much carbs anyways except around workouts and your first meal. I like to eat salads and veggies. Whole wheat bread or brown rice could be substitutes also for oats which is the king of carbs.

    you could eat yogurt in moderation, but watch those sugars. if sugar is listed in the first 5-6 ingredients i wouldn't personally go for it. but in reference to oats, my favorite carb substitue is sweet potatoes.
