    I like the diet, thats not the problem. The BIGGEST PROBLEM that i have is that I am NEW at this and dont know a whole lot. I sure do appreciate all the input from you guys. I learn more from what you guys say than just reading alone.

    Thanks for that info. I am gonna try to add up my protein,fat,and carbs for this diet. We'll see if I get close.

    If you like cottage cheese then have a cup before bed with some natty pb or some flax. The cottage cheese contains casein protein which has a delayed release and will help to keep your body anti-catabolic during your fasting stage of sleep.

    Yes i do like cottage cheese a little. Cant eat alot of it though. I think maybe a cup or two is all i would be able to stomach though. Thanks for another bedtime choice.
