Bulk or Cut??
Well I have been trying to gain pound and look good, But for some reason the hole bulking thing just doesn't work for me.
I am 5'9 , 177lb, 15.1/4in arm, belly measurement are 36in or so very bad. waist 33-34in
Now if you were in my feet would you want to lose that belly before bulking, cause right now it just doesn't look right...?
I been trying to bulk for 2 years now and my arm and shoulder and legs are getting bigger but seem like the belly is takin in all the food, my faimly was alway big in the belly area.
Well if you can help me out that would be great.
I have use Test C for 8 weeks, just wanted to see what I would get from it got 10LB.

What I am trying to say is what would you do, if you had a belly that sticks out pass your legs and your chest, and looks like a small workout ball.
I eat good, and I train 4 days a week and train heavy, low reps, I don't do cardio cause I was trying to get most mass as I could get, But now I have a fat ass belly and these 15 inch arm that look like thier 10 with the gut...
SO BACK TO THE HOLE WHAT WOULD YOU DO, GET CUT or KEEP BULKING!

lose your stomach before you continue to do anything else. bulking and eating more will only make it look worse.

What exactly is "eating good?"

Dude just lose the fat!
Look at the cutting diet posted in the sticky. Also you wanna do cardio 4-5 times a week. Hop on the treadmill and put the incline on 16 and walk fast at a speed of 3.4
Cardio+diet will lose you the weight.
If you want some help PM me bro. I can explain to you in some better detail about how the diet thing works and cardio. Those two things are essential for losin the gut.
Sounds like you are happy with your size you just dont like your gut right? So wtf?? wheres the question commin from, sounds like you kno the answer already.

Ok well I am not using anything as of today, But My diet I will make up but I wasn't sure if I wanted to bulk or cut,
But for a cutting diet I will be going by these items.
Oatmeal, Tuna, Chicken, Brown Rice, Steak, egg whites.. and so on, I am going to sit down tomorrow and write out what I need to intake and so on, once I find out more ideas.
Now since I need to keep my mass that I have I was thinking about putting in some fish oil pills and flex seed.
Now for the rest of the way I am not sure, like for protein and amio and what not.
AND I know this isn't the work out forum but cardio 3 days a week 45mins and 3-4days a week pumping iron?

So I will maybe start my diet plan today, anyways before I start writing sh*t on paper, do you have some good ideas of what I should get, as for, Protein/amio...ect
And for food that I may of missed out on.

Write out your diet, with protein/fat/carb counts for each meal. We can't help you until we know what you're currently eating.
Also find out your BMR.. google bmr calculator
