Bulking ? what did u eat 2day ??
hey just thought id start a thread about what people eat when they are bulking on the gear.
Im doing a clean diet
MEAL 1: 07:00 CALS/ FAT /CARBS / PROT
80G Oats, 250ml skim milk, protein shake –glutamine 575/8/62/64
MEAL 2: 09:30
1 can tuna, cottage cheese a desert spoon of flax . – 289/5/17/58
MEAL 3 : 12:00
200gr Lean beef, 1 cup brown rice, mushrooms, 715/32/46/61
Workout: 13:00
fruit, pro shake glutamine 80g dextrose - 320/1.5/57/44
MEAL 4: 15:30
250ml egg whites omlet and 80g of oats - 250/0/60/32
MEAL 5: 18:00
Meat and veggies, normal dinner. desert spoon flax - 662/30/36/64
MEAL 6 20:30
Casin shake glutamine or LF cottage cheese. - 144/3/5/25 ok
MEAL 7 ( during the night if I wake) - 144/3/5/25
LF Cottage cheese ok
APPROX 3099 CALS , 138G FAT , 183 CARB , 367 PROT.
what are you eating ?

Looks very similar to what I will eat today. I will eat more fat though. I love peanut butter! I would add some fats to your last meals if you need more calories.

chicken and oats for every meal, except my last one. i will try and not eat an entire jar of peanut butter there... but if i do, i'll just do 90 mins of cardio in the morning.
