Is this bad while cutting?
Just curious if its bad to have roughly 8oz. of 93% lean ground beef almost everyday while cutting?
I know the motto, if it fits your daily macro's then no problem, and i know there are better choices for protein, but I was just curious from a standpoint of the lean-ness of the beef. I can get 97% but i have to take a hike to get it (which i will eventually and just stock up and freeze it)
None the less, is this bad to consume approximately every day? Keep in mind I eat about 8 oz. which comes to roughly 40+ grams of protein with 10+ grams of fat.

Seems like a good amount of macros for a protein/fat meal. Quite a bit of saturated fat though, but overall its not a big deal IMO.

HAHHAHA thanks Goos. I figured someone had to do it.
Cool good to know. I usually only have it as a pro/fat meal and thats what i was more or less concerned about, the sat. fats.
Thanks AandF and Nova.
(Nova do you check your pm's?)
