    need more protein !!!!

    im sick of eating tuna, salmon, chicken and boiled eggs. well not sickof it, its just the same thing everyday.. any other foods where i can get protein from. i have 2 shakes a day and tuna, boiled eggs etc, etc.. i get around 125g-150g of protein per day, i need more. any othe foods i can throw in the day

    100-125 grams of protien you should be doubling that minimum

    When I am behind in protein, I drink pasteurized egg whites. Cottage cheese is good. I like beef jerky too.

    i know 100-125g is too low... any snacks out there that are packed with protein just to eat throughout the day for snacks?

    No need for snacks. You need to split it into 6 - 8 meals throughout the day. 40-50g per meal. Do more research on here about diet, i dont know your stats, but it doesnt matter bc unless your about 75lbs, thats not even close to enough protein. Hard boil a crap-load of eggs and eat eggwhites all day if you have to.

    almonds are not a great source of protein..... poly and monosaturated fats that are good

    i got a 5 dollar mix of extra lean ground turkey at the supermarket at it was in total 140 grams protein....probably enough for two huuuge burgers...

    Turkey burgers are great. High protein, low fat, zero carbs. They also have something that looks like pork loin but it's turkey already seasoned and ready for the grill. High protein, no carbs but does have sodium...gotta watch that sodium.
