When I am behind in protein, I drink pasteurized egg whites. Cottage cheese is good. I like beef jerky too.

i know 100-125g is too low... any snacks out there that are packed with protein just to eat throughout the day for snacks?

No need for snacks. You need to split it into 6 - 8 meals throughout the day. 40-50g per meal. Do more research on here about diet, i dont know your stats, but it doesnt matter bc unless your about 75lbs, thats not even close to enough protein. Hard boil a crap-load of eggs and eat eggwhites all day if you have to.

Turkey burgers are great. High protein, low fat, zero carbs. They also have something that looks like pork loin but it's turkey already seasoned and ready for the grill. High protein, no carbs but does have sodium...gotta watch that sodium.
