Help with diet.
Ok, bros i need some help here. I was in Afghanistan and had a disc in my back blown and torn tendons in my calves and thighs from a rocket attack. The military did a good job in getting me walking and training again. Now im not a big guy im 5ft6 still quite lean 11% bf from my last military health check. I used to box a lot in the army, but because of the back injury i cant do that anymore. The training team took care of my diet and was always prepared in the mess ready for us when we got there. We just ate and trained how we were told. Now my goals, i don't want to get to 200lbs + as i am 5ft7 like i said. I will be posting some pics in the pics sect so bros here can have a good idea where i am already. Now, i am aiming for as low bodyfat as i can get and cut as i am running the london marathon next april for the limbless soldiers association to raise as much money as possible. I need help with planning a diet which will help lean me out as much as possible, i am well motivated due to my job and the bonus i love to train hard. If there is anybody here who can give me ideas for planning my diet for say 2 weeks so i can get the idea i would be really grateful. I really wanna do this for myself and for the other soldiers coming back worse than me. Cheers Bros.
