Great list it covers everything, the only thing that I might add would be Dextro and BCAA as supplements and you are good to go.

It is a slow digesting protein, you could sub fat free cottage cheese for casein.

Right now I am weening myself off of shakes and I have restricted myself to only whey protein that doesn't have much carbs. Make sure they don't add maltodextrin or sugar.

Ok Casein is a slow digesting protein (like mentioned above) where as whey is digested quick as hell.

DO NOT USE THESE AS MEAL REPLACEMENTS. I use the whey immediately after workout, and the Casein right before i go to bed. I feel these two supps are essential as hell. Figure it this way. Before you go to bed, you feed your body with Casein so it digests throughout that 8 hour period where you fast, because you are sleeping, and obviously not going to eat.

Whey would be horrible for this because within a half hour or so (just throwing that out there dont know the EXACT figure) of sleeping, that stuff is digested already where as casein will go a lot lot longer throughout the night.

You could do the cottage cheese thing as well but i hate that stuff. Again, thats just me.

As Peducho said, bcaa's are essential too. I didnt think of it in terms of supps. Dextrose/Maltodextrin is good for Post Workout, but you can substitue it with other things like bananas and such.

Look for Optimum Nutrition's Whey and Casein (I have only used chocolate, both good).

    Hope this helps.

Oh and an addition to Fallen, the Optimum Nutrition proteins i have listed are both low in carbs and sugar. Thats why they get my vote.
