another newby question....lean diet
hey guys...first off i wanna say im incredibly jealous of your dedication to the sport...im 28...5'8 about 177 and id like to get as lean as possible...some of these diets im reading about seems like people are dropping alot of money in food?!?! am i way off here lol...is there any way you can lean up without eating six times a day regardless of the size of the meal?!?! i try to eat strictly protein during the week and cheat a lil on the weekends...however my proteins are not the "best" proteins....

Oats, chicken or tuna, and PB are inexpensive. You have to eat 6-7 times a day if you don't want to lose muscle mass. Eating all protein is bad and I suspect the protein sources that you are eating are probably high in fat as well if they aren't clean. Read the stickies and post a diet with macros and then watch the fat peal away!
