Carb cycling, are my carbs too low?
On workout days (M,W,F) my carb intake is around 300g a day. On non-workout days I try to cut all my carbs out in the evening and I am less the post workout meal, so I am only cosuming around 100-150g. My fat intake goes up to compensate for the lack of calories on those days. Is that too much of a carb drop from day-to-day, going between 100g and 300g of carbs? Or is it good to cycle your carbs in this manner?

I am doing something similar accept that i stay low about 100-120g of carbs a day. Then on the weekends I will get close to 300. I am not sure if this is the best way to do it, but for me its easy to adhere to my diet with a couple of built in cheat days.

Best way imo (and for me), is to stick with maintenance calories for 6 days straight, then high carb for one. Hitting the weights hard during that time for maintenance should put you in to a very slight deficit. As long as calories are 100% clean - Brown rice, chicken, tuna etc - you will shift the fat whilst keeping the muscle.
