bulk diet on cycle
30 mg dbol daily, 500 mg sust weekly:
Breakfest: 4 eggs, 2 pieces spelt bread with butter, 1 scoop whey with 2% milk, fish oil.
30 MIN LOW INTENSITY CARDIO (between 130-145 HR)
morning snack : 2 scoops whey with 2% milk and 1/2 cup raw oats.
Lunch: 1 can tuna w/ mayo , hand full of broccoli, 1 piece spelt bread, banana.
Snack: 1 cup cottage cheese, assorted raw veggies/ carrots/broccoli/ Cucumber, etc
Pre Workout: Grapefruit juice, 1 cup brown rice, 175g Mince Meat with taco sause.
WORKOUT
PW - Usualy 8-9 ounces of meat/ sweet potatoes, 2 green veggies, glass of milk, Fish Oil.
Before bed - 175 g mince meat or 1 cup cottage cheese.

You need to add more carbs to your diet. You should be taking in low glycemic carbs with every meal/snack. Why the cardio if you are bulking? Are you bulking or lean bulking?

i am trying to acctualy loose a bit of bodyfat and gian lean size.

if your bulking, your bulking. do a lean bulk but worry about shedding the fat post PCT.

i really dont like this diet at all.... not enough solid protein and carbs.
