Can't get that last bit!
Hey guys, I need some help. I've been on a diet for a while now (A.M. cardio 5 days a week, 6 meals a day, high protein, low carbs), and I can't seem to shed that last little bit of fat on my stomach. Any suggestions?
BTW, I do interval training on an elliptical most of the time for my cardio.
I do 1 minute fast + 2 minutes medium pace x 7 sets.

Ok, here's a sample day:
Wake-up
10:00 am - Cardio/Abs (Interval training,28 minutes, 5 days a week)
11:00 am - Meal 1 (6 egg whites, flax)
2:00 pm - Meal 2 (1 can of tuna with mustard, 1/2 cup broccoli)
5:00 pm - Meal 3 (chicken breast, half of a sweet potato)
6:00 pm - 7:15 pm - Workout (4 days a week)
7:45 pm - Meal 4 (PWO Shake with banana, few oats, scoop of peanut butter)
10:30 pm - Meal 5 (two tilapia fillets with broccoli)
1:00 am - Meal 6 (Shake, almonds)
Bed
Supplements: Myogenx, Multi-Vit, BCAA's with shakes, Glutamine, AAKG Powder, clen is on it's way.
- The times may differ depending on what time I wake up that day.
- Usually my afternoon workouts look like this, but I switch the days around sometimes:
Mon - Chest/Tri
Tues - Back/Bi
Wed - Legs
Thurs - Off
Fri - Shoulders
Sat - Off
Sun - Off (maybe night time cardio depending on how I feel)
- I don't have any high carb days per say. I only have carbs before and after my afternoon workouts.
- I'm thinking that Saturday is probably the problem area. That is the day I have my cheat meal, and I usually don't eat 6 meals on that day. It just seems like that one day wouldn't be enough to keep me from my goal though...Last edited by TMac48; 04-16-2008 at 09:12 PM.

So what are you macro's? and your bodyweight/height/age?
