    Cutting, to keep mass Diet?

    FIRST.

    Get up and bike for 45 minutes on Empty Stomach. (If needed water)
    Meal 1 - Oatmeal 1/2cup, Peanut butter Tablespoon

    Go to the gym and lift Iron 45mins (maybe a warm up run 15mins)

    Meal 2 - Protein Shake with peanut butter Tablespoon(Fish oil/Vit e)

    Meal 3 - Cup of Cottage Cheese

    Meal 4 - What ever dinner is, ( Chicken/Steak/Pork/Rice(brown)/Fish) and Veggies
    Head off to work

    Meal 5 - Can Tuna
    Meal 6 - Can Tuna

    Meal 7 - Dinner same as meal 4

    Meal 8 Can Tuna or Cottage cheese

    Heading home - Before bed

    Meal 9 Casein Shake

    Let me know how this program will work for a guy trying to keep muscle and cut up.

    Pb is high in fat and refined sugar make sure its natural pb. Depending on how much rice u eat u may need to up the carbs a tad bit

    I'd substitute you PB in the morning with some proteins, like egg whites, no fat needed here.
    Same for your PWO drink, replace the PB with some carbs (this is a NEED).
    Add some lean ground beef or turkey instead of all that cottage cheese and tuna.
    You need some fat in the bedtime in order to extend the duration of protein absorption of the casein.
    Post the total daily macros.

    And for after workout I need peanut buttter again?

    When should I have my PWO Drink?

    So the tuna and cottage cheese is fine I should just change it up abit, should I maybe go tuna one day samlon next and maybe tuna or chicken after?

    Casein drink before bed what is a good fatty food then? Bread?
