Should i be gaining weight?
Ok guys so heres the deal. iv been injured the last year and a half and about 3 months ago i started dieting and working out. i stared my weight at 260 and lost 20 lbs the first 2 months. this last month ive been eating a lot more protein then i did the previous 2 months and now im back up to 250lbs. but im pretty sure its mostly muscle since my bench press increased about 50lbs since i started.( im sure this is mostly due to how strong i used to be and am getting my strength back). anywasy so my question is should i continue to eat more protein and build as much muscle as i can and then worry about cutting more fat? my current diet
8:00- 5 eggs
1 slice of wheat bread
10:15- usually protein bar or fruit (in between class )
12:00- tuna sandwich
3 egg whites
2:00- chicken
veggies
sometimes brown rice
5:00- 2 scoops of whey protein
6:30- lift followed by 45 min of cardio
8:30 pwo shake 2 scoops of whey
9:15 lean protein veggies
11:00 cottage cheese
im going to start bringing my lunch with me to school so i can eat more protein in between classes. i also take multi-vitamins a lot drink lots of water.
i usually have a cheat meal once a week. im 20 years old 5'11 currently 250lbs. im not looking for a quick fix. i just want to make sure im on the right tack. thanks for reading and any advise will help a lot.

Put %bf and the total daily macros please.
We can't see much without them.

You have to know exactly WHAT you are eating, everybody needs a certain amount of macronutrients depending on the quantity of lean body mass, in order tu cut, bulk or maintain your weight.
You can get some helps on calculate them in some websites such www.fitday.com
