my current cutting diet
this is the diet i have been on for the last three wks and in bold are the changes im making for the next month.
#1 10egg whites
1 serving sugar free oats
2 slices bacon for taste
yogurt [B]change to lower cal yogurt
#2whey shake with 8oz milk [B]change to water
#3 half lb 93/7 ground beef 1 cup spagetti sauce for taste
[B]change to half lb 96/4 ground beef
#4 1 can tuna change to 1.5 cans tuna
2 tbls light mayo
28.5g maltdextrose [B]change to oats or yams
workout
#5 pwo shake 68g whey
57g maltdextrose
1 banana
#6 1 salmon filet
4 oz chichen breast
totals for current diet 2900cals 55.5fat 217.5carbs 339.5protein
Im not sure what the totals will be for the revised diet I will put them up when I figure it out. Im shootin for around 2300-2400 cals, 40-45g fat, 140-160carbs. tell me what you guys think. Im 5'8 around 200lbs 12% bf im running test and tren and clen . cardio 30-45min 4-5 days a wk. im carb sensitive as of recently it seems, my progress has slowed with my current carb intake thats why I want to lower them. ive never been over 10% in my life till recently cause ive been bulking for almost a year so Ive never had to diet this hard so Im still trying to dial it in and see what works. I will figure out my new macros by tomorrow. including preworkout I take in 3 servings veggies ed, i just didn't post the other two which are in meal 3 and meal 6 normally broccoli.
