    Newb Diet

First off I'm a skinny 20 year old, 6'0" 140lbs <5% bf, and I'm pretty new to lifting. I started at 125lbs a year or so ago and have been working out on and off. I used to do the "eat everything at once" diet(like 5 sandwhichs for lunch type shit), but that didn't work, so now I'm spreading it out and hoping to gain some weight and take things a little more seriously this time around. As a note I'm trying to squeeze this around work and not having a drivers license so sometimes I have to eat whats infront of me, (i.e. wendys, or 711). Anyways, I'm looking for critique on my diet, supplements and whatever big things I'm missing. Thank you.

    Average Diets:
    7am Protein Shake, apple
9am 2 hot dogs, peanut butter crackers
    12pm 3 chicken sandwhichs (wendys)
    3pm 2 dbl cheeseburger (wendys)
5pm PreWO shake + little bit of candy
6pm PostWO shake, banana, PBJ sanwhich
    8pm 2 cans of tuna w/mayo,
11pm 2 yogurt, peanuts, coldcut sandwhich
    or
    7am 6 whole eggs, toast
    9am protein bar, nutragrain bar
    12pm 3 chicken sandwhichs (wendys)
3pm 2pieces of pizza, big mac
    5pm PreWO shake + candy
6pm PostWO shake w/ Peanut butter and banana
8pm chicken breast, mashed potatoes, green beans
11pm pistachios, peanut butter crackers, apple
    or
7am 2 Sausage egg n cheese on bagel
    9am grilled yam
    12pm cheesesteak
    3pm 2 tuna sandwhichs
    5pm PreWO shake + candy
6pm PostWO shake, PBJ sandwhich, banana
8pm general tso's chicken and rice, peanuts
11pm 2 yogurt, apple, peanut butter crackers, tuna sandwhich

Supplements I take are, glutamine, flax seed oil, B complex vitamin, creatine, no2.

Im fairly new but I can already tell you what everyone will say... You need to read the stickys. On a more personal opinion, that is not a good diet for any type of goal you have.

Thanks for the opinion, I have read most stickies. Basically I'm tired of seeing my ribs, so I'll take fat at this point . Plus I want to make sure there isn't some fatal flaw in my plan and that I should be gaining somekind of weight at this rate.

But If people think I'm eating enough to gain weight and I still don't start making gains, I'm going to go have bloodwork done. I'd rather test it out with a heavy diet first.

Thank you for your response, at this point I don't really care if its healthy. I would like to know if you think I'm missing anything key in gaining weight.

whats unhealthy about it?? i like it but instead of eating wendys or mcdonalds get a weigh giner shake such as true mass and sub that in there instead. meal 2 is the 1 to o with. but ya 12pm have the truemass shake and 3pm have the 2 cans of tuna with mayo
