    is honey a good substitute for sugar in your green tea?

    honey is sugar, just processed a different way, use an artificial sweetener that has zero calories

    try lemon juice. recent studies suggest that lemon juice may protect many of the antioxidants in tea.

    or... you could buy a mandarin orange and stick a slice in your tea. do you drink it hot or cold?
