Hello Everyone, it has been quite some time since I've posted. I've browsed through the board over the past few days... it is much busier here since the last time I've visited. Anyways, I'm starting a new diet. I've tried a few things over the past couple of years and I think I'm getting better results with this one for some reason. Please let me know what you think.

Height: 6'1"


Estimated BF: 17%


I have not yet planned incorporating AAS yet, but it may be something I decide to add in a month or so. We will see how things go.

Current Diet:

Meal 1, 8:00AM:
4 Whole Eggs
2 Egg Whites
1 Cup Whole Grain Cereal
4oz. 1% Milk

Meal 2, 10:30AM:
1 Large bananna
8-10oz. 1% Cottage Cheese
1 Tbsp Natty PB

Meal 3, 1:00PM:
2 Slices Whole Grain, All Natural Bread
1 Tbsp FF Mayo
6oz. Tuna

Meal 4, 3:00PM:
2 Slices Whole Grain, All Natural Bread
1 Tbsp FF Mayo
6oz. Tuna

Meal 5, 5:00PM:
2 Scoops Whey
Glutamine

Cardio Intensive Workout (M/W/F) (Tae Kwon Do Training)

Meal 6, 6:30PM:
2 Scoops Whey
Glutamine
24 Oz. Gatorade/Vitamin Water (Or other fast carb source)

Weight Training (5 Day Split, Sundays Off)

Meal 7, 7:45PM:
9-11oz. Fresh Salmon or Chicken
2-3 Cups Salad
1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil or Flax

Meal 8, Before Bed:
2 Scoops Whey
1 Tbsp Flax

Daily Routine:

M/W/F Tae Kwon Do 5:40-6:20
M/W/F Weight Training 7:00-8:00
T/TR/SAT AM Cardio and Abs, Empty Stomach at 7:00AM
T/TR/SAT Weight Training 6:30-7:30

Supplements:
Multi Vitamin
G/C/MSM
Cran Extract, Saw Palmetto, Milk Thistle (Will be added during AAS)

Approximately 3,250-3,500 calories.

Immediate things I know you all will notice... I am not focusing too much on separating fats and carbs. The reason for this is personal preference. I am hoping that from keeping the diet structure above, I will have better results over a longer term period. I may cut carbs lower after 4 weeks to experiment with cutting a little bit further, if the results don't continue.

For now, the milk, 1% cottage cheese, and mixing fats and carbs will remain in the diet until I decide to tighten things up a bit more (4 weeks or so).

If/when I decide to go a little further, I will keep you all posted.
