BB noob, need a ton of diet help
Ok i need a ton of diet help because i dont have one. I did get rid of ALL garbage food though. No alcohol, sweets, fried foods, fatty foods. Hell i only drink water and SOMETIMES a little juice. Im just starting to get into this, I am a comlete noob. Looking to bulk. I am 165lbs at about 5'7. And honestly right now i think im only eating 2-3 meals a day. Eggs for breakfast, some chicken for dinner. In between maybe a protein shake and some tuna.

I assume your goal is to bulk.

Well that will keep you skinny forever !!!! Trust me, when you start following the links young chuckie above me has posted you will experience a huge increase in weight. You have to realise that eating like this is a lifestyle change. You will think about nothing else but when you should eat next and how you are going to get it down, there will come a point where you will be force feeding yourself with a sip of water with every mouth full of food. Give this a real solid try for a month and you will see a huge difference. Good luck dude
