Bulk Diet Critique - Thanks
Well - Here's my first attempt at a bulk-diet. If anyone could offer any advice or could help critique it some, I would appreciate it.
My first meal is at 3:30am with the last being around 7:30pm. I also try - try to drink about a gallon of water as well.
Please let me know if any additional info would be useful.

What is your bodyfat?
You'd need to add some protein and carbs do your total daily macros, and keep the fats as low as possible while bulking. Most of them should be EFAs.
You need at least 270 grams of protein per day.
Try to add some eggs and chiken to achieve the desired amount.

I have NO idea on the bodyfat%. I don't even want to try & guess.
What is the best way to acurately determine your fat percentage?
OK, looks like if I add 3 more eggs & a 4oz piece of chicken, that should bring my protein up to around 282g.
What about the fat & carb count? The eggs are going to add another 16g of fat. What do you think I should be aiming for far as the total fat g count?

You can measure yourself with a body fat calliper, or have your doctor measure it, or even check out the web, try this site.... http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/
