    My Cutting Diet Any tweeks??

    BF 15%
    218 lbs
    5 '9

    6:30 wake up Meal 1: Whey shake and amall amout of plain oats or egg whites

    9:30 Meal 2: 1 pack tuna or almonds

    11:30 lunch Meal 3: 1 chicken breast 3 tbs brown rice or small chicken salad wrap no dressing

    2:30 Meal 4: pack of tuna or chicken

    5:00 meal 5: post wo whey shake

    8:00 Meal 6: 2 small fish fillets or chicken breast and small amount spinage

    11:00 Meal befor bed 7: Casein shake 1 tbs flax seed oil and 1 tb spoon penutbutter








    i workout after work

    mon- chest/tris 30 mins cardio
    tues- back/bis 30 mins cardio
    wed- sholders 30 mins cardio
    thurs- legs 30 mins cardio
    fri- tris/bis 30mins cardio
    sat 45 mins cardio
    sun off
    trying to cut fat and get down to about 190

    It looks good from the choices of foods you have selected but I cannot tell you if it will work for you. Post the amounts for each meal and the total.

    Now that I looked at it again, definately post the amounts. I think it's worse than I orginally thought. haha

    i cant right now getting ready to go to bed but im down 92 lbs from last year i was 310 and now in 218 and i was like 34% bf so i think its working lol but i will post totals tomarrow i know there is always room for improvement thanks !
