    Need help with diet!

    wats up guys...i will start from the beginning..i was about to start an anadrol only cycle before doing some research and finding my way to this forum were i have realised that i was making a bigggg mistake..i think i will put the drol away somewhere safe...Now i just wanna get my diet in check and do some training. I was checking out the diet section but still cant find a diet to fit wat i want or maybe im just missing it?

    stats:
    22
    5ft 11
    havent weighed myself in a bit, guessing around 183lbs
    around 8-10 bf

    goals: i just wanna get my muscles to rip through a bit nothing drastic, does anyone have a suggestion of a diet which i should try.....just something quick i would appreciate it greatly..thanks!

    Read up (stickies etc) then propose a diet and we can critique it.

    i will research a bit more....im not being lazy..i have read up, its just hard theres alot of info

    the thing is i work shifts and its gonna be very hard to keep it up...was wonderin would there be anyone else in the same position..

    i just need a brief guideline..
