    Egg Beaters:

    http://www.eggbeaters.com/products/index.jsp

    This is what I use:
    www.eggwhitesint.com

100% Liquid Pasteurized Egg Whites, no additives, or preservatives, all natural. The price is right, and they sell them by the gallon. I use about a gallon a week right now. I drink them straight with a little choc. whey for flavor. 10 egg whites in 10 seconds.

    This is what sold me:
"I WAS TIRED OF CRACKING 10,000 EGGS A YEAR!!!"

As a professional Bodybuilder, Egg Whites are essential to my diet and preparation. When I discovered Egg Whites International in 2002, I knew it was going to change my life by saving me thousands of hours cracking and separating 2 - 3 dozen egg whites a day. And, when I cooked them, I knew I was losing about 12% of the protein by damaging part of it in the cooking process. Now that I can drink them, I am getting 12% "MORE" protein in a lot less time and work than it takes to cook, eat, and clean up.

I was SO impressed, I bought a piece of the company!

What are your thoughts on drinking eggs rather than cooking them?

Have you noticed any kind of difference when you drink them, rather than eat them?

When I cook them I get gas and when I drink them none. I'll drink somewhere between 20 to 30 whites per day of liquid pasteurized egg whites.

Yeah, I use to drink them.

The the whole, "you only absorb part of them if you drink them" thing came up.

You dont see that as an issue?

Digestion is not an issue with pasteurized eggs like the one's ottomaddox mentioned above. Raw eggs (cracking an egg and throwing it into a shake) can not be absorbed, they have to be cooked to be a usable protein source. Are Egg Beaters pasteurized egg whites? If so I would love to add them as a protein source.

i use to use egg white int, but you have to buy too much to get any savings. i just dont have the fridge space anymore. check these out. i pay $1.60 for a small carton with 50g of protein.

Add fresh whites if you're cooking

If you scramble your eggs up before you eat them, you should add a couple of "real" egg-whites from real eggs to the carton egg-whites.

Pasteurized egg-whites are "cooked" and won't fluff up; they stay pretty flat and un-appetizing (to me, at least). Adding two fresh egg-whites makes them cook up like they're all "real", and still saves you hours of separating eggs every year.

Do you buy them from the website or from the grocery store? These look promising.
