what can i have for bedtime instead of meat? its makin me sick.
iam on a cutter and having 150g of chicken before i go sleep but its making me be sick sometimes just after i eat it,
is there any shake i can have or anythin else but not meat?

casein shake, u can have some cottage cheese. add to them any source of good fats like natural peanut butter or some wallnuts ..... to slow down the digestion and ur good to go.

what a casein shake mate were you get it from? is it same as whey shake?

I get 150ml of pasturized egg whites with two whole eggs before bed. I love it.
Eggs are 100% byoavailable and long digestible protein.

1 scoop is enough, u can add to it some zero fat milk.
