Cutting Diet-Critique
Hi All,
New to Forum. Any diet help would be greatly appreciated.
Stats-5"10, 185lbs, 17% bodyfat, 26 yrs old, lifting for 3 years Nat
Goals- 11% bodyfat, maintain as much muscle mass.
Activity- Cardio empty stomach 5x week, weight training 4x week

It looks like you need to up your protein intake. Currently you are not hitting evan 1 gram protein per pound of bodyweight. What time do you work out? Take protein straight after youve been lifting and then fit in another two meals. The last meal is fine straigt after training, then have a tin of tuna and cottage cheese
