Protien from shakes on cutting diet

Well I finally got to 400gms of protien today. Thes come from Chicken, Lean Pork, Albacore tuna and egg whites. My question is on my protien shakes, this is how I schedule it. Can I get some feedbake if this is too much protien from shakes?

    wake up (0500)
    40 gm shake

    preWO(30 min prior)
    20 gm shake

    PWO(30 min after)
    40 gm shake

    bedtime
    40 gm shake (60:40 of Whey:Casien)

Thats a total of 140 gms of protien from shakes and 260 from lean meats and cheese. Is this too much from shakes?

    TIA

If i were u i would drop the shakes!
Maybe keep the post workout one.
U are cutting and the protein taken from solid food is much better,u need to increase ur metabolic rate and that won't be done by shakes.
    Imo 400grms is too much!

400g might not be too much, it depends on the rest of his macros. Im cutting right now at 3400 calories and I weigh less than he does. You dont need to drop the shakes. I like the one as soon as I get done with AM cardio bc I feel that my body needs some fast digesting protein, i just make sure that i eat a real meal about 45-60 minutes after that. I sip on about 24g throughout my workout, half cas/half whey PWO, and I think Casein before bed is a must, but yeah if you dont lift no need for the Pre and PWO shakes, its a waste.

I'm lifting. In the gym 6 days a week. I work each group twice a week. I want to cut fat and build muscle. I'm happy with the muscle part, just seems that I have come to a stopping point on the cutting fat part.

    My Macros:

    Cals Fat Carbs Pro
    2701 62 132 401

I was too high on my carbs yesterday. I have been trying to stay at 100 and below. The PreWO naNO Vapor and PWO Halo are killing me in the Carbs area.

Then you should cut that BS out, if you want a VERY effective and somewhat new way of looking at cutting go check out Narkisiskos and Nova's diet thread. Its good stuff. Its perfect for gettinc cut and not sacrificing muscle in the process.
