chicken fat content
No one ever seems to want to answer this question when i ask it, or I get 8 different responses. What is the fat content of a serving of a boneless, skinless chicken breast (3.5 oz uncooked)? And is all of the fat just the external fat that can be trimmed off or is it marbelized fat like in red meat?

Some, do, some dont, depend on if i go generic or not. I've just never been much of one to depend on labels, they're inaccurate a lot of the time. I usually check online. I guess more than anything i was just wondering if most, if not all of it can be attributed to the nasty visible fat that I chop off before I cook.

most is visible from my experience, chicken doesn't have much intermuscular fat unless it's processed
