how do you eat during PCT??

During a cycle we obviously eat to gain. force feeding ourselves to grow

Off cycle we eat to maintain (a more moderate bodybuilders diet if you will)

During a cut we need to create a caloric defict to burn stored fat.

If i'm right so far how should one eat during PCT?
we are at a very vulnerable state during PCT. to avoid losing our gains we must eat correctly but with out being as anabolic we cant afford to over eat either. What is the happy medium a gainers diet or a maintence diet.

Depends somewhat on how much excess body fat you put on cycle. But generally speaking, keep you carbs moderate, but fats higher. Not just healthy fats either. Fats from steak are great during PCT since science has shown countless times saturated fats are needed to produce testosterone in males. I believe roughly 20 grams a day are needed for normal testosterone production. With that said, don't skimp on the beef during PCT.

I'd stay rough 500 cals over maintenance level, but readjust your macros like I suggested above. Meaning slightly higher fats, moderate protein/carbs.

Have you competed bro? Given the stats above, you'd hit the stage right around 240.

You need to consider it bro. I'm 5'-8" and compete slightly over 230, so you're doing well. I do have a few years on you, so don't think age is a factor.
