trying to drop some fat....what should i expect weekly from this
Morning i have 4-6 eggs with only 2 of them whole and a whole wheat english muffin or 1/2 cup to a cup of aot meal.
meal 2:isopure zero carb protien shake
meal3:chicken, tuna, or some kind of fish that i have caught a long with broccoli or salsa w/ some low fat cottage cheese
meal4: another isopure
meal 5 usually the same as 3 w/out the cottage cheese or maybe steak and a baked potato
meal6: yet another isopure
i will snack on beef jerky here and there maybe even grab a protien bar or something
i do cardio twice a day 5 to six times a week along with my weight training in the evenings....i do AM cardio and after my weights i do HIIT cardio...both 30 mins at a time...i am an animal in the gym.
ive been taking hydroxycut hardcore and thermo cla and i just started taking my clen today....what kind of loses should i be expecting from this
age: 23
High: 6'1"

post macros for each meal and totals for the day. Seperate into Protein, Carb and Fat intake and list exact numbers.

too many protein shakes! get actual food in there for starters.
