no i don't want a keto diet, maybe i was too vague in my first post, i want dieting books that explain the scientic reasoning behind bodybuilding diet structure and how to create a diet plan for cutting, lean bulking, bulking etc.

i'm just trying to further my knowledge on dieting in bodybuilding as far as i can as it is the most important part of all we do.

I would strongly suggest reading, firstly, a book that is quite rudimentary in BB nutrition. Then going to more advanced books. Chris Aceto has a couple of easy reads, then you can move on to books like Nutrient Timing and/or Power Eating and/or Comprehensive Performance Nutrition and/or a few others that I cant recall the names now. I must forewarn you that many of these books have conflicting theories and draw different conclusions from one another. Personally what I did was gather some info and actually try things and see how it worked on me. For example I actually like having some Protein/High GI carbs peri-WO. Not many do this here but it works for me, I almost never feel drained and it works for me, others take in BCAAs and finally most have nothing. So its somewhat subjective, you gotta try it to see.
