    Need a diet to work with job

    k so i am starting a new job tomorrow. gonna be working 4 ten hours days mon-thurs and i only get a 1/2 hour lunch. its fast paced construction with no breaks and no time for me to go eat a small meal. what should i do? cutting right now also @ 6' 180lbs and 12% bf.

    anyone with a diet sched or plan? i dont want to be burning muscle while at work and im on a thermo cutter right now

    Best bet would probably be to make some meal repalcements you can ad to a shaker cup with water to have between lunch. This is if there is no way you can eat anything I am sure you can drink something.

    Drink them or eat beef jerky, protein bars or fruit.

    yeah, gonna have to resort to shakes. Get some casein or soy protein. Throw some oats in them or pb depending on if you want carb or fat in the shake

    man, my diet has sucked this last week. get my oats in the morning with a egg white shake, chicken and eggs for lunch and tuna for dinner, but thats it. I have been resorting to granola bars and junk i can keep in my pocket at work.

    sucks when there is no way you can take anything with you or go to your car. pockets are all i have
