Im very lean but have a big of a Stomach!
Im around 208 lbs and about 9 % BF.. Very lean but just was lazy over the winder and did not to cardio nor abs.. So now i look muscualr but have a stomch thats starting to pop out and starting to see the love handles.. Okay so my questions ..
Im on right now a 10 week Test C Cycle.
I just want to be a little more cut up . but the main thing is the stomch. Should i just do cardoi and abs. I never had to cut down and diet before so bare with me...
Im totally stumped on what to do .. if anyone can help i would it would be alot to me .. thx guys

Well, i hate to break it you ya, but if you have love handles and a bit of a stomach, your prrrobbably not 9%, I could be wrong. Go post in the members pictures section and everyone will let you know what your BF actually is, it will give you an idea of where your starting from. At 9% your abs and stomach should look pretty tight.

You dont know how to diet/cut down and think you can get rid of body fat just doing cardio and abs yet you are sitting at 9% bf.
Sorry, but either you are just oblivious to your own bf% or lying. It makes no sense at all.
Post up a pic like Goosey said so we can see what you are talking about.

haha that could be ... Im sorry im making myself sounds like a fat ass lol .. my wast is a 32. .. ILl get some pics up. I flex the abs in a few . and Ill relax them in a few
